We at Lubbock Sports Medicine are proud to be part of a team whose primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive care in orthopedic services today. In order to assist you with your health care investment, we are providing the following payment options:

Initial Payments

Our office requires at least a $250.00 payment for any MRI’s done in our office. A down payment is not required with the Care Credit monthly payment plan.

Payment Options

Cash- includes money orders and personal checks. Your driver’s license number is required on your check for electronic processing.

Visa/MasterCard/Discover- we accept credit cards as payment for treatment to the extent your credit limit permits.

Care Credit- offers a separate line of credit to cover your entire family’s health care needs. A credit line can be established and approval usually takes less than 10 minutes. If interested in this line of credit please see the links below or ask the front office for assistance.

We would be happy to work with you to plan the most appropriate arrangement for your budget. Financing your treatment will allow you to begin your treatment immediately and spread the cost over a period of time.
